About Nanimarquina
The Barcelona house that turned the outdoor rug from a poolside accessory into an architectural object. Founded in 1987 by Nani Marquina, the studio works exclusively in textile, hand-woven, hand-tufted and hand-knotted rugs that move freely between indoor and outdoor architecture. The outdoor programme is woven from recycled-PET yarn, bottles diverted from landfill, spun into a UV- and chlorine-stable fiber, across four signature ranges: the recycled Eco programme, the Mediterraneo summer palette, the geometric Echo and the Birds painterly motif.
