Privacy policy, how we handle your data.

Who we are

This website (outdoor-patio-furniture.com) is operated by Premium Patio Furniture, a trade-direct catalog and procurement coordinator for 38 European outdoor furniture houses. We do not sell directly to consumers. Quote requests are routed to factory representatives and to our project coordinator.

What we collect

Quote-request forms

When you submit a quote request or an inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business email, company name, project type, ZIP or city of installation, anticipated quantities, and any project notes you choose to share. We do not require government-issued identification at the inquiry stage.

Server logs and analytics

• Cloudflare — our CDN logs IP address, request timestamp, country, user-agent and referrer for each page view. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Google Analytics 4 (G-TD99R0QQ1D) — measures aggregate page views, session duration, source channel and event counts. IP anonymization is enabled. No cross-site tracking. Data is retained for 14 months and is not sold to advertising networks.
• Ahrefs Web Analytics — privacy-respecting analytics used for technical site health (Core Web Vitals, referring URLs). No personal identifiers.

Cookies

We use only first-party cookies for analytics (Google's `_ga`, `_ga_*`) and for our Cloudflare Turnstile bot-protection challenge when you submit a form. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party social trackers.

How we use this information

• To answer your quote request and route it to the appropriate factory representative.
• To prepare swatches, lead-time estimates, and project price proposals.
• To improve the catalog: which brands, collections and material specifications get the most interest.
• To detect and prevent automated abuse (form bots, scraping).

We do not sell, rent, or share your inquiry data with anyone outside the procurement chain (factory representatives and our project coordinator). We do not use your data to train AI models.

How long we keep it

• Quote requests: 24 months after last contact, then deleted.
• Project files (won projects): 7 years for warranty and tax records.
• Cloudflare access logs: 30 days, then auto-purged.
• Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default).

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, export it in a portable format, or delete it entirely. submit a privacy request through our form (subject “Privacy request”) We respond within 30 days.

For California residents: under the CCPA, you also have the right to know what categories of personal information have been collected, the business purpose, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To file a complaint, contact the California Attorney General.

Third-party services

We rely on:

• Cloudflare (US) — CDN, DNS, bot protection, Turnstile. Cloudflare privacy.
• Google Analytics 4 (US) — measurement. Google privacy.
• Resend (US) — transactional email for quote confirmations. Resend privacy.

Children

This site is a B2B catalog. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We will update this policy as our stack and obligations change. The "Last reviewed" date below tracks revisions.
