What we do, in plain terms

You send us a project brief — designer of record, location, scope, materials. We match it to the right brand and collection from our 38-house catalog, request factory pricing on your behalf, and run the project through to delivery. Single coordinator, single point of contact, no middlemen between you and the factory floor.

We do not stock inventory. We do not sell direct to consumers. Every project is bespoke, quoted from factory, and dimensioned to the installation.

Why a trade coordinator instead of a retailer

Most US outdoor furniture retailers carry 4-8 brands deep and sell at retail markup. We carry 38 brands, all of them European specialist houses, and our pricing is factory-direct trade. The trade-off: you cannot walk into a showroom and take delivery in a week. Projects run on factory lead times — typically 6-14 weeks for most houses, 16-22 weeks for fully bespoke pieces or COM (Customer's Own Material) upholstery.

For 90% of US projects above $25,000 in outdoor scope, this is the right trade-off. For impulse single-piece purchases, it is not.

How we are different from the rest of the US outdoor market

• We do not carry American mass-market brands (Brown Jordan, Summer Classics, Lloyd Flanders). The catalog is purely European specialist.
• We do not run sales or promotions. Trade pricing is structural, not promotional. There is no "20% off this weekend" mechanism.
• We do not ship from a warehouse. Every order ships from the brand's factory in the country of manufacture.
• We do not list MSRP on the public catalog. Trade pricing is shared after we confirm your trade status (designer, architect, hospitality buyer).
