About Tribù
The Belgian house from Vrasene that pioneered weather-proof rope weaving in Europe. Founded in 1995, Tribù works exclusively in outdoor, with every collection running through a saltwater and UV stress test before it leaves the workshop. The studio's signature is the hand-woven tricord, a three-strand polyester braid spun in Vrasene and applied across teak, brushed aluminum and powder-coated steel frames. Compare with our Dedon, Manutti and Kettal catalogs for adjacent specs.
The catalog moves between Mediterranean lounge, Asian-influenced low seating and architectural daybeds, with long-term collaborations with Piergiorgio Cazzaniga, Monica Armani and Yabu Pushelberg. Tribù has supplied private villas and contract hospitality across Europe and North America since the early 2000s.

Collections in detail
Seven collections from the current Tribù archive, each with its own page — pieces, designer notes, materials, installation photography. Full specifications, pricing and lead times available on trade request.
From the workshop
Tribù's workshop sits between Antwerp and the Belgian coast. Frames are welded in-house; every rope-woven seat is hand-bound by a single weaver from start to finish. Production runs are deliberately small, with no programme exceeding the workshop's annual capacity. All raw materials carry written provenance, and the saltwater stress test is conducted on every new prototype before catalog release.
