Architects

Specification sheets, lead times, technical drawings, material samples on request. We coordinate delivery against your construction programme for residential and hospitality fit-outs.

Project buyers

Hospitality groups, developers, private clients sourcing for multiple properties. We open factory-direct access usually reserved for distributors. No minimum order.

What we source

Four categories, one purchase order.

Outdoor furniture only. Every category quoted line by line against the same project file, settled in one payment, delivered in one consolidated shipment.

What you get

Four guarantees, every project.

Factory-direct pricing

No retail margin layered between you and the workshop.

One coordinator across 36 houses

A single named contact handles every brand on your specification.

Supervision from PO to delivery

We track production milestones, packing, freight, customs.

Logistics handled

EU and ex-EU shipping, customs paperwork, insured freight, on-site delivery.

Samples and drawings

Before you specify, the materials sit on your desk.

A specification commits the project to a color, a weave, a stone, a finish. We pull the actual swatches from the factory before you sign off, so the choice is made with the material in hand, not a thumbnail on a moodboard.

Drawings, technical data, weight and footprint sheets arrive in the same parcel, mapped to the architectural set the studio is already working in.

  • Fabric and finish swatchesCut and shipped from the factory, typically inside 5 to 10 working days. Acrylic, batyline, teak grade, powder-coat samples, ceramic top wafers.
  • CAD blocks and PDF specsDWG and 3DS Max blocks on request. Spec sheets with weight, footprint, fixing details, certifications and care schedule.
  • Mood boards for client presentationsComposite boards built from factory imagery, swatches and your project palette, ready to drop into your studio template.
  • Direct call with the factory product managerFor bespoke sizes, custom finishes, structural questions, we put the workshop on the line. No telephone game.

Delivery and factory access

From the crate to the terrace, and back to the workshop if needed.

Two-person crews, white gloves, no tools dropped on stone. The crew unboxes, assembles, removes packaging and photographs the installed pieces against the spec. If anything arrives marked, the claim is opened with the factory the same afternoon, not three weeks later.

For projects above EUR 50,000 of committed value we organise factory visits, host included, with route options through Brianza, Bordeaux, Antwerp, Frankfurt and Copenhagen.

  • White-glove delivery and assemblyEU-wide direct, GCC and North America via vetted partner crews. Insured freight, photo report on completion.
  • Inspection and claims on arrivalCrate condition logged on delivery. Damage claims opened with the factory the same day, replacement pieces tracked under your project file.
  • Factory visits coordinatedFor projects over EUR 50,000 committed value. Brianza loop (Cassina, B&B Italia, Fast), Antwerp (Tribù, Ethnicraft), Copenhagen (Skagerak, Cane-line). Host on the day.
  • International logisticsEXW, FOB, DAP and DDP. Customs documentation, country-of-origin certificates, CITES paperwork where required. Bonded warehouse staging on request.

Trade pricing

Net pricing on request.

We do not publish trade rates: they are set factory by factory under non-disclosure. What we can promise: every quote we issue sits below the brand's published RRP, and we show the discount breakdown line by line so you see exactly where the margin moved.

  • No minimum order value
  • Quotes valid 30 days
  • Multi-project rates negotiable

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Is there a minimum order?

None. We open the same factory access for a single private commission as for a 40-unit hotel. The price-per-unit moves with volume but the access does not.

Which Incoterms do you work on?

EXW, FOB, DAP and DDP. Most projects settle on DAP-to-site: we handle freight and customs, you accept goods at the door. EXW for clients with their own forwarder.

What are typical lead times?

Six to fourteen weeks from purchase order, depending on factory and finish. Cushions and stocked frames ship in two to three weeks. Custom upholstery and bespoke colorways push toward fourteen. We quote per item up front.

Can we visit the factory?

Yes. We organise factory visits for projects above EUR 50,000 committed value. Most of our partner factories welcome architect and designer site visits; we coordinate the appointment and a host on the day.

Do you handle on-site assembly?

We organise white-glove delivery and assembly through partner installers in most EU countries, and a vetted network in the GCC and North America. We supervise the install against the specification.

How does your quote compare to a showroom price?

The factory invoices us, we invoice you. The retail showroom margin, typically the layer between the factory and the architect, is the layer we remove. Concretely: most quotes land between fifteen and thirty per cent below the brand's published RRP, and the line-by-line discount sits in the quote so the breakdown is open.

What happens if a piece arrives damaged?

The delivery crew logs crate condition on arrival. If anything is marked, the photo and claim go to the factory the same working day, the replacement piece is added to the next production slot and tracked under your project file. We do not invoice the replacement freight to the project.

Can you source a brand that is not on your list?

In most cases yes. The 36 houses on our directory are the ones we hold open factory accounts with; for adjacent brands we either open the account or work through a vetted distributor. Tell us the spec and we come back inside 48 working hours with a route and a price.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Yes. We work DDP into the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates as standard. For other destinations, the route is quoted per project. Customs paperwork, country-of-origin certificates, CITES documentation where teak is in scope, all included.

Heaters and lighting, do you handle electrical certification?

All electrical pieces ship with the brand's CE or UL certification depending on destination. For hard-wired installations we coordinate with your project electrician on power draw, IP rating and mounting, but the final connection is the electrician's sign-off.

Are payment terms flexible for large projects?

Standard terms are fifty per cent on order, fifty per cent before shipment. For multi-phase projects we stage the deposits against production releases, typically thirty-thirty-forty across three drops. Letter of credit and escrow are available on request.

Can we order custom finishes, sizes or fabrics?

Most factories accept custom powder-coat colors, custom-cut tabletops, and own-material upholstery, with a surcharge typically in the ten to twenty per cent band and an extra two to four weeks on the lead time. We confirm the route, price and timeline before you commit.
