About the collection
Itaca is Carlo Colombo's 2025/2026 Salone debut for Talenti, the brand's largest single-collection launch in five years and the new lead expression of the Umbria catalog. The programme is engineered around a visible Accoya acetylated-softwood base, into which marble and travertine accents are inset on the tabletops and side surfaces. The family runs across a modular sofa, an armchair, a sunbed, dining tables and a coffee-table programme, all sharing the same low Accoya plinth detail. Cushions are outdoor-rated with removable solution-dyed covers.
Designer
Italian architect based in Milan. Known for Cassina, Poliform, Flou, Giorgetti and Antonio Lupi commissions across the last two decades, Colombo leads multi-discipline projects from interiors to product. The Itaca programme for Talenti, debuted at Salone del Mobile 2025/2026, is his first major outdoor commission and the brand's lead launch of the season.
