About the collection
The Secret Garden is Roberto Lazzeroni's outdoor programme for Poltrona Frau's Boundless Living catalog: a teak-frame family of armchairs, sofas and dining tables, drawn with the soft profile and quiet detail of an enclosed terrace. Structural members are solid teak, oiled and finished for permanent outdoor use; the dining tops are hand-glazed stoneware, slow-fired in flat formats and married to the teak frame at the workshop.
Cushion construction is outdoor-rated throughout — quick-drying foam, water-shedding piping, removable covers — so the lounge pieces sit alongside the dining tables across a single garden brief without rotating indoors at the end of the season.

Tuscan architect and designer, born in Pisa, with a four-decade body of work across upholstery and case goods for Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Ceccotti and Flexform. His practice is rooted in a slow, drawn-line approach to silhouette — the chair as a contour first, the chair as a comfort second.
