About the collection
With the Ace collection, designed by Patrick Norguet, Ethimo embarks on a new adventure, presenting a collection of original furniture for outdoor sports, named after the winning serve in tennis. Ace was designed to attractively furnish tennis courts, pools, athletic clubs, and exclusive resorts, adapting perfectly to the context in which it is placed. The various configurations that can be created highlight the project’s extraordinary flexibility and versatility, intended not only for professional circuits and major sporting events, but also for normal athletic activities.
Ace is a modern and designer reinterpretation of the functional furniture usually positioned at the edge of a field or pool, in spaces reserved for accommodating athletes, guests, or aficionados. The fulcrum of the collection is an extremely versatile bench which can be configured according to various requirements and equipped with additional accessories, like the surface made from Black cork (a natural and 100% ecological material), the shoe rack, the bag holder, and the container with aluminium bottle rack. For the tennis world, the iconic seat for the chair umpire is added to the bench.
The primary materials, which give shape to the various structures, are natural teak and aluminium, the latter available in four colour variations: Black Red, Moss Green, Coffee Brown, and Warm White. The use of environmentally friendly materials that stand up to outdoor use make Ace an athletic collection which is designed to adapt to and respect the environment in which it is placed.
Thus Ace represents a new way of experiencing outdoor sports, with the same feelings of comfort and wellness that define the iconic lounge and dining room collections created by Ethimo and Patrick Norguet. Ace is design, comfort, functionality, and character, in any athletic environment.

Ace sits within the catalog of Ethimo, the Italian outdoor furniture house, and is designed by Patrick Norguet. Ethimo produces in Italy across specialty outdoor materials — teak, powder-coated aluminum, rope, ceramic, stone and outdoor fabrics — selected per collection, with established US trade representation.
For US trade specifiers, Ace carries the same material data sheets and US-trade documentation as the rest of the Ethimo catalog: ASTM F1858 outdoor furniture compliance where applicable, fire-code classification on cushion components, and chain-of-shipment documentation supplied with the invoice. Lead time is 8-14 weeks from the Italian factory to US port for standard configurations; bespoke dimensions, COM upholstery, or large hospitality volumes extend by 4-8 weeks.
